BABY LEAF KALE
Baby leaf kale is a young and delicate form of traditional kale and can be grown all year round. Both the leaves and stems are edible. You can add the kale to salads, sandwiches, or wraps, or use it as a base for a smoothie. Baby leaf kale can also be lightly sautéed or steamed and served as a side dish.
Originating from the Middle East, it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins K, A, C, and B6, potassium, calcium, manganese and copper.
