Refunds & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unopened and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email with a copy of your invoice and the product details you wish to return
  2. Await pre-authorisation email confirmation from Fairbanks Seeds, with return authorisation paperwork
  3. Print your authorisation paperwork that you will receive by email, and return products via Australia Post Registered post using supplied shipping label
  4. Send all items back to us using the shipping label provided

Additional Information:

  • How long will it takes to receive my refund, replacement product, or store credit?
    • Refund payment or store credit will be processed once the products have been received at Fairbanks Seeds Head Office. Replacement product will be sent once the returned product has been received at Fairbanks Seeds Head office.
  • Who pays for the return shipping fees?
    • The return shipping/postage fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Who can I contact for more information or questions regarding this process?
Cancellation of Orders

If an order is placed in error, please phone (03) 9408 0219 or email to discuss cancellation as soon as possible. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has commenced.
