Rocket – Protector
- A seed variety of wild rocket which has been bred for increased Downey mildew tolerance
- In addition to the mildew tolerance, Protector also features a very dark green leaf
- The leaf shape is fine and very nicely serrated, with excellent uniformity
- Protector has medium vigour and is quite slow bolting, well suited to warm and mild season production
- Wild type – Diplotaxis tenuifolia
- A great addition to salad mix
